1.0 DATA MINIMIZATION LOGIC

We do not collect, store, or transmit Personally Identifiable Information (PII). BoxLogica does not utilize a centralized database for user inputs. When you interact with a simulation (e.g., Valuta Sync or Horizon-06), the data you enter is processed exclusively in your browser’s Document Object Model (DOM).

2.0 TELEMETRY NODES

Our Consent System v4.0 utilizes cookies to manage system stability and encryption.

• CORE_SYSTEM (Mandatory): These cookies are essential and used for security, session persistence, and anti-fraud measures.
• TELEMETRY (Optional): Aggregated, non-identifying performance data used to optimize simulation accuracy, measure internal traffic and performance monitoring.
• RETARGETING (Optional): Used to deliver relevant content based on your regional economic profile and track campaign conversion metrics.

2.1 VOLATILE DATA STORAGE [LOCALSTORAGE]

BoxLogica utilizes the browser's localStorage API to persist user settings (e.g., Currency selection, Metric vs. Imperial toggles) across sessions. This data is stored strictly on your local hardware. No "handshake" or synchronization occurs with BoxLogica's cloud infrastructure. We have no mechanism to decrypt or retrieve this data remotely.

3.0 THIRD PARTY SIGNAL UPLINKS

To provide high-fidelity data, BoxLogica fetches information from verified external nodes (e.g. NASA JPL, World Bank, Open-Meteo). These requests are strictly for raw data retrieval; your personal simulation variables are never transmitted to these third parties.

4.0 SYSTEM PURGE RIGHTS

You maintain absolute control over your local data. At any time, you may invoke a SYSTEM_PURGE via our Access Control Shield (bottom-left) to wipe all locally stored session hashes and preferences.

5.0 AGE RESTRICTIONS [COPPA/GDPR]

The BoxLogica suite is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly process or simulate data for minors. If the system detects inputs suggesting a user is under the age of majority, the session should be terminated immediately by the user.

6.0 GLOBAL COMPLIANCE STANDARDS

BoxLogica adheres to GDPR (EU), CCPA (USA), and UK Data Protection standards. Because our architecture is Zero-Persistence, we satisfy the "Right to be Forgotten" by default: your data is "forgotten" the millisecond you close your browser tab.
